ServiceNow implementation navigator

Find the right starting point. See what must be ready first.

Browse the ServiceNow portfolio by domain, then open a module to see verified foundations, practical preparation, and complementary capabilities.

How to read the map

Selection focus

  • The selected module and its verified relationship context remain emphasized.
  • That context can include required dependencies, capabilities the module enables, preparation guidance, and complementary Works with modules.
  • Modules with no documented relationship to the selection are dimmed and pushed visually into the background.
  • Dimming does not mean a module is unavailable, less important, or incompatible.

Relationship definitions

Red solid - Required dependency:
a product, application, plugin, or data dependency that must exist for the selected capability.
Green dashed - Enables:
the selected module is required by the connected capability; the arrow shows the reverse view of a required dependency.
Amber dashed - Prepare first:
practical implementation sequencing or readiness guidance, not a hard product dependency.
Works with:
a complementary operating or integration relationship with no required implementation order.
How paths work

Selection focus: when you select a module, SNFlows keeps that module and its verified path context emphasized. This includes required dependencies, capabilities it enables, preparation guidance, and complementary modules. Unrelated modules are dimmed to move them into the background; dimming does not mean they are unavailable or less important overall.

Required foundation: verified product or data dependency.

Prepare first: implementation guidance, not a plugin dependency.

Works with: complementary capability with no implied order.

Small colored square: product domain only - it is not a dependency, recommendation, or sequence.

Plain colored border: the module you selected or its verified path context. It has no Finder classification by itself.

Finder outlines: green means direct fit, red means required foundation, amber means prepare first, and blue means complementary. An outlined module without a line is a recommendation, not a prescribed implementation path.
